Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:
• This campaign is open to all customers who have purchased outdoor rattan furniture from our store.
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older and residents of the UK.

Campaign Period:
• The campaign begins on 14th June 2024 and ends on 14th July 2024.

How to Participate:
• Customers must send in their most recent photos showcasing how they have styled their outdoor rattan furniture in readiness for the Euro Cup Tournament.
• Photos should be submitted via email and our social media handles using hashtag #myrattandirect.
• To qualify for £500 grand prize customers must leave a review of the outdoor rattan furniture set they purchased along with the photo through https://surveys.rattandirect.co.uk/

Rewards:
• Each customer who shares a photo will receive a £50 discount on their next purchase.
• Participants who leave a review of the outdoor rattan furniture set they purchased along with the photo will be entered into a draw for a £500 grand prize.

Photo Submission Guidelines:
• Photos must be original, recent, and clearly show the outdoor rattan furniture.
• Photos must not include any offensive or inappropriate content.
• By submitting a photo, participants grant us the right to use the images for promotional purposes.

Review Requirements:
• Reviews must be genuine, reflect the customer’s honest opinion, and be specific to the product purchased.
• Reviews should not contain offensive language or defamatory comments.

Discount Redemption:
• The £50 discount will be issued as a voucher code, which will be sent to the participant’s email within a week after submission.
• The voucher code can be used on the participant’s next purchase on our website and is valid for 3 months.

Grand Prize Draw:
• The winner will be selected at random and notified via email.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days a new winner will be drawn.

General Conditions:
• We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
• We are not responsible for any technical issues or submissions not received due to technical failures.
• Participants agree to release and hold harmless Rattan Direct from any liability arising from participation in the campaign.

Privacy:
• Personal information collected as part of the campaign will be used solely for the purposes of administering the campaign and will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s consent.

Modification and Termination:
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.

Acceptance of Terms:
• By participating in the campaign, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
